About CI Contracting

Founded in 2006 by Dennis Carothers and Kevin Irrer, CI Contracting began as an underground utility contractor and has grown into a trusted partner for site development across Southeast Michigan. In 2014, we expanded our capabilities to include structural concrete foundations, allowing us to provide a more comprehensive scope of services to our clients.

With 20 years of industry experience, CI Contracting has successfully completed numerous commercial and municipal projects throughout Southeast Michigan. Our expertise includes water and sewer installation, storm systems, site utilities, and structural foundation work.
